The design of the Moby Wrap uses your entire back, as well as your shoulders, to carry the weight of your baby. Unlike other carriers, which have narrow straps or go across one shoulder, the Moby is a wide piece of fabric that is wrapped over both shoulders and tied. There are no buckles, snaps or other fasteners which make wearing simple.
Our original Moby Wrap is available in 10 solid colors and we offer two colors with added UV protection. Our D-luxe version, the Moby D features a fabric panel made from luxurious Asian brocade silk, hand-woven cotton, or micro fleece. New this year, our Specialty Moby Wraps: a hand painted Batik Floral Print and a EKO certified organic cotton Moby.
Each Moby Wrap comes with a 20 page full color instructional booklet that features eight carrying positions, as well as nursing information, an exercise program and general product information.
Interesting Tidbits:
A surrogate mother of a baby kangaroo was taught how to wear a Moby Wrap. Worn by celebrities like Brooke Shields, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Sheryl Crow.
