The Glove Radar® is not a timer or impact sensor, but is an actual Doppler radar, like conventional hand-held sports and police radars, but transmitting much lower power. Attached to the back of any baseball/softball glove, a third person holding a radar gun is unnecessary. The Glove Radar® measures the speed of balls thrown from any distance. Accuracy is comparable to that of the more expensive radar guns when measuring ball speed in the same relative location. It helps develop the throwing skills of infielders, outfielders, and catchers, as well as pitchers by providing immediate ball velocity feedback. The KickSpeed Radar™ is an actual Doppler radar, like conventional hand-held sports and police radars, but with much lower transmitted power. to the back of a large vinyl-covered foam rubber Target, the KickSpeed Radar™ measures the speed of an approaching soccer ball. Worn on either hand by the coach or assistant, the KickSpeed Radar™/Target provides immediate feedback as players strive to develop powerful, accurate kicks. Parents and players also enjoy using the KickSpeed Radar™/Target in recreational situations. It is also used by physical therapists for measuring the progress of those rehabilitating knee, hip, or leg injuries; and is a great gift.
