The Cart-Stopper™ is a simple and effective device that reduces the risk of child injury and vehicle damage related to "run-away" shopping carts. Cart-Stopper™ holds securely to any clean, flat vehicle surface while immobilizing your shopping cart. To attach to your vehicle, press the suction cup base of the Cart-Stopper™ firmly to your vehicle. To remove, lift up on the release tab located on the lip of the suction cup base. Will even stay secured in the rain!
